起業を目指す多くのキャリアウーマンは、すでに必要なものを持っています。専門知識、人脈、そして現実の課題に向き合ってきた経験です。
ただ一つ足りないのは、それらを「すぐに試せるビジネス」に変える方法です。仕事を辞めたり、完璧な計画を立てたりする必要はありません。
本ワークショップでは、リーンスタートアップ（Lean Startup）＊手法をベースに、「キャリアウーマンから起業家への一歩」に特化して学びます。
参加者は、自分のアイデアを整理したキャンバスと、今週中に実行できる最初のテスト案を持ち帰ることができます。
事業説明資料やビジネスプランは必要ありません。必要なのは、仮説・顧客・次のアクションだけです。

仮説に基づいて最小限の製品を作り、顧客の反応を測定しながら改善を繰り返すことで、無駄を抑えて事業を成長させる手法。エリック・リースによって提唱された。

〇Overview

Most professional women who want to start a company already have everything they need: domain expertise, networks, lived experience of a real problem. What they are missing is a method that turns that material into a testable business, fast, without quitting their job or perfecting a plan first.
This workshop uses the lean startup method as its backbone, but applies it specifically to the professional-to-founder transition. Participants leave with a canvas for their own idea and a designed first test they can run this week. No pitch deck. No business plan. Just a hypothesis, a customer, and a next action.

ファルシダ・ザファル（法学修士）は、教育、テクノロジー、起業家精神の交差点において変革を推進する先見の明あるリーダーとして活躍してきたErasmus Centre for Entrepreneurshipのエグゼクティブ・ディレクターとして、先端技術やインクルーシブな起業家精神に焦点を当てた戦略的イニシアチブを主導。ベスト・キャンパス・デベロップメント賞（2021年）、Techionista Tech Leader賞（2018年）、SURFイノベーション賞（2016年）など、国内外で高く評価。また、インクルージョンへの献身的な取り組みが認められ、MT/Sprout誌の「2023年インクルーシブ30」に選出され、オランダで最も影響力のあるインクルーシブ・リーダーの一人として称えられた。

〇Profile
Farshida Zafar LL.M.  is a visionary leader driving transformation at the intersection of education, technology, and entrepreneurship.
As Executive Director of the Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship, she spearheads strategic initiatives focused on (emerging) technology, and inclusive entrepreneurship.
Her forward-thinking leadership has garnered international and national recognition, including the Best Campus Development award (2021) the Techionista Tech Leader Award (2018) and the SURF innovation (2016).
Her commitment to inclusion earned her a place in the Inclusive 30 of 2023 by MT/Sprout, recognizing her as one of the Netherlands’ most influential inclusive leaders.
